(NEW YORK)--Lottery.com Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRY, LTRYW) has made a bold move into the entertainment ticketing space with its $10 million acquisition of DotCom Ventures Inc., securing the valuable Concerts.com and TicketStub.com domains.
This strategic expansion positions LTRY to potentially compete with industry giants StubHub and Live Nation.
The transaction, structured through a combination of cash, secured debt, and equity (issued at up to $3.00 per share), strengthens LTRY's impressive digital portfolio, which already includes Lottery.com and Sports.com.
CEO Matthew McGahan, in recent Stocks to Watch podcast on May 7, 2025, projected that Sports.com will begin generating initial cash flow by Q3 2025 through ad-supported streaming content and motorsports partnerships, with positive operating cash flow anticipated by mid-2026. Meanwhile, Lottery.com's restructured global marketplace and U.S. relaunch are expected to drive revenue growth starting in Q4 2025.

With approximately 19 million shares outstanding and a current market cap of just $17 million at $0.88 per share, LTRY presents significant upside potential.
